Alton Mason is an American supermodel, actor, and dancer who stands out as one of the few genuine male supermodels of his generation. Born on November 21, 1997, he made history in 2018 as the first Black male model to ever walk a runway show for Chanel. Recognized for his striking features, athletic background, and high-energy runway walks, Mason has consistently been named Male Model of the Year and ranks among the highest-paid male models in the world.

CAREER SUCCESS

Beyond his historic Chanel debut, he has walked for leading luxury houses, including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and fendi. In 2024, Dolce & Gabbana named Mason as its Global Ambassador, cementing his cultural and high-fashion influence. He portrayed rock-and-roll legend Little Richard in Baz Luhrmann’s 2022 biographical drama film Elvis. He also writes music and recently closed Rio Fashion Week 2026 walking to his own track, “Aura”.
