RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
HAUTEFASHIONAFRICA accepts return of items for valid reasons within 14 days of purchase. However, products may be accepted for return if:
- Item remains in new, unused and resalable condition.
- Item is sent back in original packaging, undamaged and in perfect condition.
- Original tags must be on the item with no rips, no stains and no alterations insight.
HOW TO RETURN:
- For IN-STORE returns, item should be taken to the HAUTEFASHIONAFRICA store. Item will reviewed and reason for return (I.e defect, wrong product, wrong size) must be verified by the store rep. Return approval will be shared.
- For ONLINE returns, reach out to our online representative, fill the RETURN form and follow further instruction.
NOTE:
- Valid proof of payment must be presented.
- Customized (made-to-measure, preordered) items in perfect condition cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges are subject to style and size availability.
- Items may be exchanged only once.
